September 2019-present: The Decorative Arts Trust, Media, PA

In the Communications and Marketing Manager role, I plan and develop content for a member magazine, an online Bulletin, a website, social media, e-blasts, brochures, and other materials for this nonprofit membership organization. 

 

November 2018-September 2019: The Chemours Company, Wilmington, DE 
In my role as the Web Content Project Manager, I oversaw the migration of copy, images, and files for eight new websites, including seven brand websites and a corporate website

 

July 2017-November 2018 Campbell’s Soup Company, Camden, NJ
As the Marketing Technology Operations Manager in the Marketing Services department, I managed projects, documentation, and communication with vendors and end users of marketing technology systems (including digital asset management and artwork workflow software) across business units in the United States, Canada, and Australia. 

 

July 2011-July 2017: International Literacy Association, Newark, DE

Within the first two months as Content Manager, Online Magazine, I launched the new Reading Today Online blog/news website in conjunction with the launch of a new member magazine. I acquired submissions from internal and external contributors, entered them into the CMS, and tracked them with Google Analytics. In January 2013, I was promoted to Editor and Content Manager and continued to manage Reading Today Online as well as acting as managing editor for the Reading Today print magazine and coordinating social media posts. I was promoted to Web Content Manager in July 2014 to manage the migration of an outdated website (with over 1,000 webpages) to a new mobile-responsive website with improved search as part of a company rebranding and name change. I presented at the 2016 Confab content strategy conference and was featured in a Content Science article. 

 

July 2004-August 2007: Delaware County Library System, Media, PA

As Public Relations and Grants Coordinator, I worked with stakeholders at system headquarters and 28 county libraries to manage the content and coding of the website, wrote and disseminated over 100 press releases, composed over a dozen grant proposals, and obtained grants ranging from $500 to $50,000.

 

July 1999-February 2004: Shakespeare Theatre Company, Washington, DC

I was promoted from intern to Web Editor and revamped and maintained the website (with over 2,000 webpages), streamlined archival processes for publications and show photography, and assisted with press release dissemination and marketing projects.
